| Step 1: Start seated
on the ball. Slowly walk out to a bridge position with dumbells in
hand. |

| Step 2: Press dumb
bells in a triangular pattern above the chin. |

| Step 3: Keep belly
button pulled in toward the spine. Start with a light weight until you can
complete 12 repetitions. Go slow. Have fun! |
