This Exercise teaches your body how to intergrate legs, torso, and arms. Great for improved work or sports performance.

Single Arm Chest explained from the front view:
  • Get into a stable stance
  • Cable in one hand and have your opposite leg forward
  • Keep knees soft
  • From the start position draw the navel toward spine.
 
  • Intergrate a pushing motion until arm is extended.
 
  • Make sure to exercise both arms
    Start with 1 set of 12 reps.
