Joe Alvarez brings more than 10 years of experience in fitness program design to the Center. He is certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is constantly trying to increase his fitness-related knowledge by attending conferences throughout the country and by reading as much as he can. Joe loves to be "on the floor" sharing fitness information and helping members with their workout techniques. Joe is a 1986 graduate of Metro State College, in Denver.

He also owns Fitness Profile, a personal training business based in Pueblo.
