I have come to the conclusion that you don’t advocate much cardio! I was just wondering what your approach to cardio is?

After working with and rehabilitating with and athletes I have come to the conclusion that most individuals do not have good stabilizer systems to keep all joints and ligaments working synergistically and pain free.
Endurance cardio training stimulates glucocorticoids, (which are catabolic- breaking down of tissue.) On the other side of the equation weight resistance training creates anabolic effect-builds muscle.
So to turn up your thermostat concentrate on your nutrition, use weight training as your salary and cardio as your bonus.
