Exercises:   Dumbell Bench Press On Ball

Before starting this exercise using weights you should have some training on the ball. A good video that teaches the essentials is "BETTER BACK, ABS, AND BUNS," by Paul Chek.

Step 1: Start seated on the ball. Slowly walk out to a bridge position with dumbells in hand.
   
Step 2: Press dumb bells in a triangular pattern above the chin.
   
Step 3: Keep belly button pulled in toward the spine. Start with a light weight until you can complete 12 repetitions. Go slow. Have fun!
