To look at nutrition, we must change our patterns of eating and start making better choices, rather than dieting. In my 8th newsletter, I wrote about the ultimate ration plan derived from the Asian and Mediterreanea diets which are made up of lean proteins, low density carbohydrates, but nutrient dense, and a modicam of essential fats. I've learned from my health practice throughout the years that people need more descriptive learning tools. So to better illustrate these tools, I have taken a chart from the book, The Food Connection, by Sam Graci to help you understand good sound eating.
