To help people understand the importance of nutrition, I will devote this entire newsletter to nutrition, supplements and rest.

To look at nutrition, we must change our patterns of eating and start making better choices, rather than dieting.

In my 8th newsletter, I wrote about the ultimate ration plan derived from the Asian and Mediterreanea diets which are made up of lean proteins, low density carbohydrates, but nutrient dense, and a modicam of essential fats. I've learned from my health practice throughout the years that people need more descriptive learning tools. So to better illustrate these tools, I have  taken a chart from the book, The Food Connection, by Sam Graci to help  you understand good sound eating.

THE WORLD'S BEST HIGH-NUTRIENT DIET COMPOSITION
You should work with a knowledgeable physician or qualified nutritional consultant to determine the best ration for yourself based on  extensive blood tests. Each of us has biochemical individuality specific to our biological and physiological needs, and this ratio may change  throughout your life.
