8 oz. Soy milk vanilla
1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tsp of Stevia (sweetener)
1 tbsp flax seed meal
1 tbsp soy lecithium granules
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Calories: 240 calories per 8 oz.
22 grams protein
4 grams fat (unsatureated)
28 grams carbohydrates

Directions: Blend 30 seconds and serve. (serves 2)
